Accessibility Statement

Effective: June 1, 2026

FriendsHAUS is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we think about hospitality. We want everyone who finds us to be able to read what we have written and reach us if they would like to.

What we aim for

We design and write this site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA in mind. We aim for clear typography, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alt text on photographs, sensible heading order, and keyboard-friendly navigation.

Where we are

We know this website is not perfect. As a small practice we make improvements ourselves rather than running a formal accessibility audit. If you encounter a barrier, anything that makes the site harder to use than it should be, we want to hear about it. Your message helps us fix what we may have missed.

What you can do in the meantime

Most modern browsers offer accessibility tools. You can increase text size, use reader mode, or use a screen reader to navigate the site. If something on this site does not work well with the tools you use, please let us know.
