California Privacy Notice

Effective: June 1, 2026

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies specifically to California residents. It describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information, and the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

Categories of personal information

In the twelve months preceding the effective date above, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents through this website and our service:

  • ·Identifiers — such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you submit them through the inquiry form or contact us directly.
  • ·Customer records — such as records of any engagement, payments, and correspondence between you and FriendsHAUS.
  • ·Commercial information — such as your engagement status with us.
  • ·Internet or other electronic network activity — basic technical information your browser provides when it loads our pages (IP address, browser type). This information is not used for tracking.
  • ·Inferences — limited, qualitative impressions formed during the inquiry process or an engagement that help us provide the service. These are not algorithmically derived.

We do not knowingly collect any other CCPA category, including geolocation data, biometric information, characteristics of protected classifications, or sensitive personal information beyond what is voluntarily provided in your inquiry message.

Sources

We collect this information directly from you when you submit the inquiry form, send us a message, or speak with us during an engagement.

Purposes

We use personal information to evaluate your inquiry, decide whether the engagement is the right fit, respond to you, provide the service if we begin working together, maintain ordinary business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Disclosures

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose limited personal information to service providers, such as our email and hosting providers, only to the extent needed for them to provide their services to us, and only under confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to:

  • ·Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties (if any) to whom we disclose it.
  • ·Receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, in a portable format where reasonably possible.
  • ·Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • ·Request deletion of your personal information, subject to limited exceptions.
  • ·Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. (We do not engage in either.)
  • ·Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. (We do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond providing the service you have requested.)
  • ·Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

How to exercise your rights

You may exercise any of these rights by sending a written request to the contact address below. So that we can respond appropriately, we may need to verify your identity by asking you to confirm two or three pieces of information we already hold about you. We will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally forty-five days, with a possible extension).

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of your written permission and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do.
